Project Coordinator in Design Development through Construction Administration phases for DBIA Merit  Award winning Antioch McGregor College, a 90,000sf, $14,000,000 Design-Build project with 15 month  Schematic Design to completed construction schedule.

Project Manager of a 16,000sf, $5,000,000 Design-Bid kitchen addition and renovation to Lebanon Correctional Institution.  Managing architectural staff, consultants, user, and state entities.  Construction administrator and field representative for LJB.

Project Manager for $400,000 exterior renovation to Miamisburg Mound Operations Support West building.  Key individual for communicating information between owner, engineers, and design consultant.  Construction administrator and field representative for LJB.

Programming, master planning and schematic design of a 12 acre site for Grace Crossing Church. Developed a strong relationship and trust with client.
