Design and drafting of complex wheeled vehicle systems and structures utilizing Pro-Engineer, Pro-Interlink and Wildfire. Designed external stowage containers, combat lock egress tool, and engine bay support structure, among others. Performed cost reduction efforts, engineering documentation support and creation, and solved production line issues.

Architectural drafting Manager and Director of radiant floor heating panel industry for new builds and additions, along with commercial and industrial design projects.Responsible for the management of AutoCAD 2007 software tools, library parts, and drawing programs.Checking of drawings, plans, and details, along with training and leading the junior drafters to adhere to industry and AutoCAD standards. Developed tasked focused work schedule and contributed to a new job flow data base used by Warmboard.

Worked with Senior Engineers to perform engineering studies to develop plans involving Thermal Disc Drive industry hardware and tools, equipment racks, cabinets, chemical deliver and Vacumn exhaust systems.Demonstrated ability in Solidworks and Pro-Engineer solid modeling tool to develop models and drawings for the manufacturing teams.Worked with clean room personnel to proof check and verify new and existing designs.

Consulted and performed Engineering Site Surveys with Customer Telephony Engineering on planning building expansions and floor plan layouts for Central Offices (CO) for DMS-100 (Digital Multiplex Switching) DMS-200/250 (Digital trunking) and Fiber/Optical routers equipment.

·Engineered office plans and material ordering needed for installation of the DMS equipment used by Sprint, Pacific Bell Telephone and (IOC’s) Independent Operating Companies.

·Used AutoCAD and CADRA software to revise and maintain office records of floor plans, cable racking, center aisle and frame mounted lighting, grounding and fiber duct layout drawings for the Central Offices.

Responsible for the design and drafting of Ground Support Equipment in the Trident Missile and NASA Ames Space Shuttle programs.

·Analyzed and organized the functional designs of a wide variety of mechanical, structural, and electronic assemblies using CADAM, CATIA 3D solids and wire frame modeling tools.

·Performed design presentations and test procedures to meet customer’s requirements.

·Designed test fixture with multiple weight and CG configurations used in the successful bid and signing of a multi-million dollar contract to test future load fixtures with Navy customer.
