Mark brings over 19 years’ experience in high technology recruiting and systems development and has a Bachelor’s degree from St. Leo College in Human Resource Administration.Mark’s management and in-depth hands on experience in all areas of workforce planning and heads down recruiting allow him to see the big picture and understand client’s needs.
For the past 3 years, Mark has been the SVP of Workforce Mgt with Fujitsu Consulting. In this challenging role, he managed a 9M budget and led a global 80-member team that consisted of Recruiters, Sourcers, Coordinators, Resource Managers and Resume Writers. For 13 quarters strait Mark hit his talent quota of 90% or better. Mark was the only company execuitive to meet or exceed employee expectations and industry standards in Fujitsu national employee satifaction survey.
Prior to Fujitsu Consulting Mark, spend 6 years with Siebel Systems, Inc., the fastest growing software company in history and the market leader in the CRM space. As the Global Director, Mark turned a fragmented 8 person organization into a flourishing 40 member international recruiting solution.Early on with Siebel Mark was tasked with global management and recruiting for the Siebel Sales organization.
