I am a Field Support Specialist with 8 years of experience troubleshooting video security systems. Previously, I worked with Pelco - a recognized leader in the design, development and manufacture of video security systems, and Integral Technologies - open, flexible, hybrid recording solutions for security applications. In this capacity, I was responsible for performing a variety of hardware and software installations, troubleshooting and configuration of desktop/laptop personal computers pertaining to Windows and Linux-based CCTV applications. I have had to trouble-shoot client workstations (including on-site complete tear-downs and rebuilds) and various network installations both at my previous place of employment and in the field at customer locations. These systems were installed in a variety of settings, including casinos, airports, hospitals and schools. Although the majority of my experience is with the technical aspects of CCTV security systems and recorders, I do have extensive experience in Customer Service. Some of my previous duties included conducting in-depth technical product training, trouble-shooting training, and programming and wiring installation training - as it pertained to CCTV security systems.
