I am looking for a challenging managerial position in finance for operations/supply chain.
Currently, I am taking a position of supervisor Reporting and Analysis at Philip Morris Izhora, leading two key projects for factory, Russia and Eastern Europe cluster (Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan): integration of Operations and Finance reporting processes and implementation of management reporting process for Operations. As my key achievements within my work experience I would mention standard costing implementation for the new factory after acquisition; full absorption product costing implementation for the 2 manufacturing sites; ERP implementation (SAP R/3) in the role of team manager for people with background from various businesses; setting up the department to ensure costs control and reduction on both sites; setting up forecast process for fixed and capital costs to deliver forecast accuracy improvement year over year. Sharing the vision that finance is about people, processes and partnership, I contribute to establishing and maintaining effective teamwork with my customers, business partners and stakeholders. Collaboration is a core of my work. I am sure that bringing the right people, with the right information, at the right time ensures the issue is solved effectively, improves the quality of the decisions made and adds value to the business. Being a good team player, I promote and deliver regular trainings for the key business partners, exchange learning, best practice and new ideas within the team through briefings and with our colleagues from other business units and departments. Being a strongly accountable person, I put my sincere efforts in company’s performance improvement.
