I worked for the Human Capital and Strategic Change practice assisting clients with their enterprise wide transformation initiatives enabled by SAP ERP.
During my last project I worked as the Global Training lead for an enterprise wide SAP implementation for a $5 billion Specialty Chemicals company. I joined the project in Oct. 2006 for the first phase covering Americas (USA, Brazil, Mexico and Venezuela) and the second phase covering the EU region.
Phase One: Based in Cleveland - OH (Oct 2006 to Mar 2008)
I was recruited as the Global Training Consultant working as counterpart to the client Global Training Coordinator to design, implement and support SAP training for super users and end users. In a secondary role, I supported the Brazilian implementation team during the requirements gathering, design, and validation phases. The first phase covered over 25 different locations and more than 1500 users.
Phase Two: Based in Brussels - Belgium (Mar 2008 to Feb 2009)
I worked as the Training lead for the European deployment phase, which includes 6 countries and more than 700 users.
Hired as a contractor for IBM as the Info Pak specialist and SAP Training Coordinator
Delivered module-specific overview training to the City of Houston for their SAP project.
Contacted last-minute to fly to Trinidad to deliver four days of Info Pak training for 25+ end users (SAP Consultants and NGC End Users).
Initially recruited to create training material for an internal web solution called WEBbits, used to control wells and drill bits usage. While on assignment I was also tasked to create SAP FI-CO E-Learning courses, and maintain a Flash animation to categorize drill bits.
