Responsible for the consolidation of six business units to a new facility in Mid Town This included closing of six offices and the build out and relocation of 750 employees. Worked closely with the design and development team for the acquisition and construction management of the new midtown office space. The New location is 35,000 square feet class A. The project was a total demolish and Re build based on current NYC buildings standards for efficiency. Managed the IT department as well as all outside vendors. Also Responsible for portfolio of properties for maintenance and repair: scopes of work, included work order management, vendor management, cost analysis, budget/cost projections, hiring, supervising, scheduling, and RFP administration.
