AFTER TRAINING IN 29 PALMS, ENSURED THAT ALL VEHICLES, BILLETING, MEALS AND STORAGE OF ALL GEAR WAS LOGISTICALLY PLACED WHEN ARRIVING TO CAMP PENDLETON, CA TO COMPLETE THEIR TRAINING. -PROPERLY ENSURE ACCOUNTABILITY OF ALL FUNDS FOR THE UNIT .-PROPERLY INVENTORY AND ACCOUNT FOR ALL GEAR ON THE MECHANIZED ALLOWANCE LISTING (MAL) THAT IS ESTIMATED WELL OVER $10,000,000 AND IS COVERED OVER TWO SITES; ALAMEDA, CA AND KANEOHE BAY, HI-PREPARE AND EXECUTE THE ANNUAL BUDGET.-TRAIN AND SUPERVISE THE SUPPLY CLERK TO ACCOMPLISH ALL DUTIES.-ACQUIRE ALL NECESSARY GEAR IN SUPPORT OF THE MARINES.-ADVISE THE INSPECTOR-INSTRUCTOR OF ALL FISCAL MATTERS.-AS THE APPROVING OFFICIAL, I ENSURE THE USE OF GOVERNMNET CHARGE PURCHASE CARD (GCPC) IS BEING USED IN THE PROPER MANNER ANDNO FRAUD IS OCCURRING.-PREPARED A BUILDING OF MATERIAL (BOM) FOR DEPLOYING MARINES.-ENSURED ALL CONSOLIDATED MEMORANDUM RECEIPTS (CMR) WERE UPDATED.-TRAINED THE RESERVISTS ON HOW TO PROPERLY CONDUCT AN INVENTORY AND ISSUE GEAR.

-PROVIDED AN ACCURATE ACCOUNT OF THE UNITS BUDGET AND LOGISTACALLY PROVIDE SUPPORT TO THE RECRUITERS TO HELP ACCOMPLISH THEIR MISSION.-AS THE SUPPLY/FISCAL CHIEF THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF CELL PHONES, GPS, LAPTOPS AND ALL MISSION ESSENTIAL GEAR WERE CONSTANTLY TRACKED AND CATEGORIZED. WHEN GEAR BECAME LOSS OR STOLEN, BECAUSE OF NEGLEGENCE OR NOT WERE SUBMITTED UP THE CHAIN OF COMMAND FOR ACTION.-AS THE LOGISTICS CHIEF, I PROVIDED MAINTENACE SERVICES FOR (1) RECRUITING STATION, (13) RECRUITING SUB STATIONS, AND (5) PERMANENT CHANGE STATIONS.  (1) RECRUITING SUB STATION AND (3) PERMANENT CHANGE STATIONS ARE LOCATED IN PUERTO RICO AND ST CROIX, VIRGIN ISLANDS.  MY OTHER DUTIES AS THE LOG CHIEF WERE TO PROVIDE ACCURATE ACCOUNTABILITY, MILEAGE, MAINTENANCE, FUEL SURCHARGE, ACCIDENTS, AND LEASING FOR (86) GSA VEHICLES.-MY FISCAL YEAR BUDGETS WERE AS FOLLOW:FY-05  BUDGET: $750,000.  GSA VEHICLES BILLS $368,104.25.  LOCAL PHONE BILLS $61,644.24.FY-06  BUDGET: $800,000  GSA VEHICLES BILLS $365,878.91.  LOCAL PHONE BILLS $102,099.48.  PURCHASE CARDS $34,009.98.FY-07  BUDGET: $978,000  GSA VEHICLES BILLS  LOCAL PHONE BILLS  PURCHASE CARDS

-ACCOUNTED AND PROCESSED 100% OF THE UNIT ASSETS.-REQUISITIONED AND SUPPORTED OVER 75% OF THE COMMANDS MAINTENANCE PARTS FROM NUMEROUS SOURCES OF SUPPLY AND VARIOUS INTERNET SITES COSTING OVER $1M AND RESULTING IN 90% READINESS.-PREPARED THREE SEPARATE FISCAL YEAR OPERATING BUDGETS WORTH OVER $3M.-AGGRESSIVELY IMPLEMENTED NEW FISCAL PROCEDURES TO TRACK AND PREDICT OPERATIONAL SPENDING.-EFFECTIVELY PRODUCED AN EFFICIENT ACCOUNTING SYSTEM THAT ENABLED THE UNIT TO GET MORE FOR LESS.-PROCESSED OVER 350 TEMPORARY ADDITIONAL DUTY (TAD) REQUESTS IN EXCESS OF $600,000.-SUPPORTED 30 EXCERCISES AND NUMEROUS DEPLOYMENTS AND PREPARING ACCURATE BUDGET ESTIMATES FOR EACH EXERCISE.-CONDUCTED AND SUPERVISED ALL TRAINING EVOLUTIONS INVOLVING OVER 250 MARINES WHILE SERVING AS AIRFIELD OPERATIONS COMPANY GUNNERY SERGEANT.
