Served as both technical education manager and lead instructor for a statewide technical education initiative for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. This major training project was co-sponsored by Microsoft in support of their Authorized Academic Training Provider (AATP) program. As a manager, responsibilities included overall technical operations and delivery of technology courses for two regional training centers. Primary duties included all components of classroom design, configuration management, and delivery as well as customer issues surrounding content and/or delivery of courses. Other responsibilities included classroom and architecture design of classrooms, pre/post sales support, and solution delivery implementation. Also served as project manager for a major school district rollout of Windows 2000.

Served as a primary instructor for one of the first Microsoft AATP programs at the high school level in the country. Courses instructed include A+ certification and Networking Essentials. Trained and certified fifteen of the youngest A+ certified service technicians in the country. Responsibilities included curriculum analysis, design, scope, sequence, and implementation. Additional roles included student mentor, secondary building support, and user support as required by the school. As electrical trades instructor and cluster chairperson responsibilities included management of several career areas and as a liaison between teaching staff and administration. Assisted district administration in making informed decisions regarding staffing, program funding, and overall career area operations. Other district duties included coordination of the district's adult education electrical division and as an evening instructor in electrical trades.
