- Created and deployed a portfolio of consumer-to-technical models as the Global Face Category Modeling Leader, increasing business decision confidence while decreasing technical testing time. This program will drive the face initiative pipeline for the next decade generating a projected $350-400MM NOS.
- Managed two upstream face initiatives leveraging consumer insights and technical methods mastery to design, and execute qualitative, quantitative, and clinical in-vivo studies, defining product development direction with an estimated NOS of $100MM.
- Increased organizational capacity by designing and building novel methods and collaborating with cross category color experts and suppliers to exhibit new equipment, techniques, and tools; improving method precision and decreasing data acquisition time.
