Ensuring that the Information Services division is meeting the needs of the Ground Operations, Product and Guest Services departments and responsible for maintaining, supporting and testing Virgin Australia airline applications including liaising with external vendors to support multiple reservation systems.


  • Liaising with Business stakeholders to define their problem, opportunities, requirements and business processes with a view to providing quality and usable outcomes. 
  • Soliciting business requirements to help model business process change.
  • Influencing and driving the elicitation of business requirements. 
  • Engage key stakeholders and build confidence across the business to deliver quality outcomes.
