Duties consist of being a subject matter expert for Department of Labor’s new ERISA regulatory requirements of fee disclosures; in addition to auditing and quality review of qualified plans to ensure compliance to IRS rules, EGTTRA, and industry standards of Groups’ Plan Documents.  Possess efficient knowledge of the group/product/segment/financial governance body/functions to compile data to create fee disclosure reports and reviews the setup of plan structure within various systems.

Liaise with internal subject matter experts, field representative, and senior management to resolve outstanding Fee Disclosure issues. Contributes to the development initiatives of process/workflow improvements and program/policy implementation through communicating and consulting internal/external relationships plan sponsors and institutional client services.  Provides training for a team of 5 to provide plan services and assistance to 2600 groups with fee disclosure reporting.

  • Extended and enhanced database modifications of tests to complete a 100% restructuring of account setup and cash flow transactions from Track (DST) to V-system by 3/30/08 deadline
  • Calculated and analyzed product changes for regulatory compliance by executing test procedures through various AIG software programs resulting in annuity and mutual fund transactions operating 99.9% accurately on the same database system
