Project: Midfield Terminal Complex (UAE)

-The Cost of The Construction: 10.8 billion AED ≈ 3 Billion $

-The building will be constructed using approximately 69,000 tons of steel, more than 680,000 m3 of concrete, and nearly 500,000 m² of steel and glass cladding, 135,000 tons of rebar, 360,000 m² of suspended ceilings and 325,000 m² of natural stone flooring

-The terminal will have capacity to handle 30 million passengers per year, and Check-in is capable of handling around 8,500 passengers per hour

-Piers will accommodate up to 65 aircraft, including the Airbus A-380 -Baggage system is designed to process over 19,000 bags per hour with over 22 kilometers of conveying lines and 10 reclaim carousels

-Passenger facilities and duty-free retail will include high-end commercial offerings across more than 18,000 m², including internationally renowned luxury goods and designer outlets, and almost 10,000 m² of international restaurants and cafes, offering a wide range of styles and cuisines. Passenger facilities will also include over 27,500 m² of airline hospitality lounges, a transit hotel and a heritage and culture museum.

-The design focused extensively on passenger experience, and meets the highest quality and service standards, including the International Air Transport Association (IATA) level of service ‘A’ - the highest levels of space allocation for passenger processing areas.

-The MTB is designed to achieve a minimum Two Pearl Rating, following the Urban Planning Council’s Estidama approach towards sustainable design. The project will minimize its impact on the environment, making use of innovative and cutting edge design elements, such as high performance angled glass to reduce heat and increase air-conditioning efficiencies.

Project: Levent 199/Zorlu Tower

Levent 199 is a multi-storey high-rise office tower located at the financial district of Istanbul. The 123,000m² development will is one the most attractive business centres in the region.

The project consists of two parts;
-The base portion of the project has been 7 basement + ground + 2 regular levels,
Shopping centers, socio-cultural space, a 10,000 m² of landscape area in this building.
-The tower consists of 7 basement + ground + 43 floors.
In normal floors of the tower "A + Office", The top four times "Executive Offices", There is a helipad on the roof.

Total Investment Cost of The Project: 280 million $

-Site Area: 12.840 m², Total Construction Area: 122.899 m², Gross leasable area: 70.000 m²
-40 Storey Modern Building, Fully glass-clad facade, LED-equipped interior and exterior lighting
-Double deck elevator system will be applied to decrease travel time.
-Utilization of rain water and re-use of grey water
-Re-use of steam condensation
-Hybrid car parking and charging stations
- With its cafes, social areas, stores and spacious parking area, the development meets the daily needs of the employees is one the most attractive business centres in the region.
-The project took LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold Green Building Certification from US Green Building Council (USGBC)

Project: Zorlu Center

Turkey's first 5 functions "mixed use" project and the new attraction center of Istanbul  features a performing arts center, a hotel, office spaces, a shopping mall and residences.
Zorlu Center for links with Metro-Metrobus; 770 m length of the connecting tunnels and underpasses investment in the 230 m long, was carried out by Zorlu Property. Country roads and subway-metrobus total £ 100 million were invested for connections.
