Prepare monthly report and present to the WHI Principal and Vice President.
Attend weekly schedule meeting WHI.
Audit classes once per month and provide feedback to lecturers and update lecturers file.
Lecture at least 12 hours per week on all WHI programmes delivered.
Prepare a monthly financial update on all student tuition balance (Ongoing).
Update student financial status on the IUC data base (Ongoing).
Prepare student programme status semester.
Process all new applicants for the WHI programme.
Assist in the supervision of all WHI hospitality academic programmes.
Provide information for start-up location where necessary for WHI @ MNC.
Assist in the coordination of the external and internal examination and sit on the panel.
Assist and supervise all academic staff to carry out appraisal each semester on each academic employee, based on the organizational chart.
Assist with any other related duties that may become necessary from time to time.
Responsible for the overseeing of the property
Be available for guest and staff assistance
Assist with Manager on duty Roster and reports
Oversee the Front Office and staff within
Schedule Front Office staff work time
Correct or deal with guess complains
Attend weekly scheduled meetings
Assist in marketing and sales of the hotel
Assist with event coordination
Process all newly applicants
Recruit, hire, interview, orientate and train new employees
Conduct Appraisals and provide feedback to employees
Prepare minutes to be presented at mangers and or HOD meetings
Filing and book keeping
Assist with other related duties that may need assistance with from time to time
To offer quality customer service on a timely manner
To operate switch board
To attend to clients and provide them with calculated balances on their accounts
To correct deductions on clients account
To collect moneys outstanding to company
To provide explanatory needs to clients that does not understand deductions on their accounts
among other duties
