My background lies in harnessing the power of compelling communication to build successful brands - my focus has been on Fashion, Lifestyle, Technology, Health, Sport & Celebrity. To thrive in our digital age a brand needs not just a great product but a compelling story. I've been lucky enough to have helmed national communications strategies and activations for Motorola, The Black Eyed Peas, L'Oreal, Redken, Jeans West, Volley's, Blackberry, Chloe Sevigny, Harper's Bazaar, William Rast, Grazia, Madison, Ksubi, Huawei and HTC.


With over 15 years experience dealing with clients at c-suite level, I have more recently been called on, in a consulting capacity, to provide strategic business counsel to a number of CEO's and CMO's.  The growth in this area has spawned the recently created Ms Comm Group Consulting Business. I have a significant network of key business leaders and government officials. That network also extends to the Australian media and influencer landscape across a diverse range of platforms. 


I am a seasoned Company Director, leading teams of up to 20 people.

My mandate at L'umiere covered Social Media, Digital Engagement, Influencer Endorsement, Events, Viral Campaigns, Storefronts, Experiential Activities, Collaborations and New Distribution Networks laying the groundwork for powerful, memorable messaging, driving brand authenticity, growth and, crucially, sales.

Pure Management

In 1998 I left my Corporate life to scout for business opportunities and found the 20 year old Model Agency Pamela's, sensing strong growth potential.

I acquired then rebranded the Agency and developed a show with Arena TV and Cleo Magazine to scout the best new talent, while mentoring young girls and boys through the numerous peaks and troughs of a modelling career.

The Company saw five years of continued expansion and increased profitability before I successfully sold in 2004 (280% ROI) , being asked to stay on as CEO.

Having started as a Junior Broker in the Reinsurance Division, I worked my way up to the position of Senior Broker - responsible for the A$2.5m Australian book of business. I enjoyed my time within this corporate company and learned many skills that I was later able to apply to my own businesses.
