Led mass organizational restructuring, which included the complete replacement of the site leadership team. Negotiated agreement with new contingent workforce supplier that resulted in $20K site savings.-Implemented HPWO across 15 product lines, two shifts, and reorganized the work process which contributed to a 40% reduction in turn around times, 20% improvement in quality metrics.
