Led due diligence and assimilation process BP Amoco Carbon Fiber acquisition in SC and GA. Led change management efforts to restructure to front-end/back-end organization and global functional structure. Improved efficiencies, reduced duplication of work which resulted in over $2M is cost savings. Successfully negotiated over 10 labor agreements within budget, without work stoppage with IAM, Teamsters, and UAW, as well as trade unions in United Kingdom and works council in Germany. Led staffing of over 500 new hires during tenure ensuring effective adherence to performance management practices and top-grading commitments.
