Jacob Fleming Conferences are carefully designed to provide key strategic business information and the best networking opportunities. The participants are executives from recognized companies around the world that sign up to attend a 5 star conference. As a Coordination Manager, I make sure the conferences are indeed 5 star quality events. The coordination team I manage organizes all the logistics behind each conference. Duties: hotel selection and negotiation, registration process, sponsor agreements, visa requirements, conference documentation, catering, travel arrangements, recreational activities, onsite coordination, amongst others. Our Barcelona office manages 9-12 conferences per month, which are held in various cities in Europe.

The position requires strong negotiation, people and time management skills.

The Customer Service Dept. at Celgene was recognized for the efficiency of its employees. As a member of this team, I provided the customers the information they required always in a timely and respectful manner. I also assisted in the translation of FDA documents, customer service evaluations, complaints and team management. This position required strong problem solving and people skills.
