Client Services Team Member
Directly responsible for the coordination of the ‘GoLive’ process, ensuring that all new clients are set up appropriately and within compliance of their area’s multiple listing services (MLS) for their Internet Data Exchange (IDX). Participate as a member of the Client Services Team, assisting with the support of 2,000+ nation-wide clients in real-time and coding necessary website changes, as well as account and billing assistance. Act as the main coordinator for the sales referral program.
COMMUNICATION: Coordinate with team members in-office and working remotely in the Philippine Islands. Responsible for inter-office communications and company communications on behalf of the Client Services, GoLive, Training and Referral departments. Communicate with clients via phone and e-mail to resolve website or account issues.
RESEARCH AND ANALYSIS: Responsible for the quality assurance and compliance of all hosted websites. Research into new MLS IDX feeds for site and client requirements. Examination of client accounts as reported by them or by the SEO ‘traffic’ team, making changes as appropriate to ensure adequate website responses and to fulfill contractual obligations.
