- Establish and maintain internal communication tools and channels that increase employee engagement and employer brand effectively;
- Establish fit-for purpose measurement techniques for all communication.
- Lead the regional communication network, guide on best practice, new policies and guidelines;
- Overall responsibility for managing the Corporate Communications budget.
Coordinated several press interviews with senior management during the Rabobank Turkey opening event attended by 100+ guests (clients, executive board members and government officials).
Developed a suite of branded marketing materials for annual European Advisory Board Summit which is now being adapted for use in our Asian and North America Advisory Boards.
Negotiated 50% discount on full page spread in independent weekend supplement for The Times.
