¨Accounting/Bookkeeping:Accounting system set-up, Establish & maintain policies and procedures for strong internal control, Problem solving, Maintain and organize of all accounting records and files supporting all transactions. Search/resolve vendor statements to avoid duplicate payments and monthly accounts payable aging reconciliation.

¨Accounts Receivable: Direct invoicing or turn work order into an invoice, Customer’s deposits posting, reconcile credit cards payments and monitoring overdue accounts. Reconcile account receivable aging periodically.

¨Payroll:Report payroll hours/earnings to the payroll services, In-house payroll, File payroll taxes (monthly/ quarterly/annually), Track employee’s benefits such as 401K, Flex account, and W-2.

¨Banking:Establish and maintain procures for cash control and monitor cash book daily. Monthly bank reconciliation.
