RECENT PROJECTS. The successful market deployment of online professional programs featuring: the Accredited Home-staging Specialist (AHS), the Accredited Luxury Home Specialist (ALHS), the Certified Short-sale Professional (CSP), and the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE).


  1. The evolution of MindBridj: a company specializing in helping trainers, speakers and presenters use online/social media to extend their message beyond the conference room.  
  2. Deployment of the new upgrade to iSucceed (coming June 2009: iSucceed2.0), an online professional learning community for real estate professionals.

Personally responsible for the development of no less than four high-value training programs integrating online learning, social networking and new media. These programs were designed to innovatively support customer/learners both during and after initial training.

Strategic catalyst and project leader to conceptualize, design and implement a "Web 2.0" upgrade for, an online subscription-based professional and learning community for real estate professionals.

Adept in the use of rapid deployment software to develop new media and eLearning products. These tools include:: Final Cut Studio Suite, Articulate Studio Suite (Engage, Presenter, Quizmaker), Camtasia Studio, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop.
