- Mainly perform tasks in Bakery section, secondly assisting in Dough section
- First priority in mixing and producing Frittatas, Quiches and sauce.
- Produce Shortbread, Puff pastry and Quiche pastry.
- Production of individual desserts such as cheesecake, apple crumble, filo pastry and french apple tarts.
- Production of Ice-cream in various flavours, including weight-up ingredients.
