-Greeted visitors and students and escort them to meeting rooms or offices.

- Handled questions about the college or provide brochures about the college and its departments.
- Scheduled appointments.

- Took messages and made sure that they were delivered to the right person/employee.
- Accepted and signed for packages.
- Distributed mail to employees mailbox.
- Made sure the waiting room was presentable and clean.
- Closed up the office.
- Put up and took down flyers around campus.
