Personal branding is the best way to generate chemistry in their unique value proposition and position the best they have to offer to hiring decision makers.

I work one-on-one with each client to define their executive brand and craft a suite of brand-focused, job-winning career marketing documents. Then we move those marketing tools into the job market through targeted online and off-line strategies.

A grassroots non-profit agency providing comprehensive services to lift impoverished, marginalized women and children out of the cycle of poverty.

For nearly 20 years this organization has been very close to my heart. I feel fortunate to have been able to offer support to this vital helping hand in my community.

After contributing thousands of hours of fundraising leadership and administrative support, I was deeply honored to receive the agency’s prestigious “Mosaic Award” for outstanding contributions to PSS participants.

How did running a garden center prepare me to market executive job seekers? As the General Manager, I handled all the advertising and promotional efforts for the business.

Conceptualizing and writing new ad copy on a weekly basis fortified my precision writing skills. I quickly became deft at coming up with neat, compelling turns of phrases to market the unique products we were selling.
