- Lead phases of the Certification offer development process such as development of the test definition documents, job task analysis workshop, item writing workshop, item selection and cut score decision making. - Produces the Test Definition Documents, Certification Blueprint Surveys, Exam Items, Borderline Surveys, Beta Exams, Cut Score Analysis Reports, Practice Tests and Study Guides associated with exam development. Evaluates and analyzes the Certification outputs and advises the client in each area as appropriate.. - Utilize project management skills to guide exam development projects. . - Analyze the performance of assessment questions and overall assessment performance. - Contributes expertise to compliment other Certification Specialist in advancing principles and supporting quality deliverables.
- Utilize Excel to enhance and/or develop reporting processes for more accurate analyses.
