Print Media

Through my previous job experience, at Adventure Outings, I have been in charge of designing all the print media that is displayed on campus as well as around the community. I have used programs such as InDesign to create print media to help highlight upcoming events and trips that our program offered to students and community members.

Social Media

With the rise in Social Media I have began to explore the different venues and capabilities. I have been successful at managing and updating a business and a social facebook account. I have also been in charge of creating and managing a facebook, which includes making a description of the product or event, linking the ad to either an event or company website, picking the target market, and changing the different ad attributed to attract more clicks. I have my own personal twitter and linkedin accounts that I update frequently.

Through my past job experiences I have improved my communication skills. I have had to communicate to both professional, outside, clients as well as, inside staff members. I have been in charge of dealing with schedule conflicts in order to set up meeting times that would work for each group member.  I have also been in charge of writing and sending weekly student and campus announcements for let faculty and students know up different upcoming events.
