Cloud Four is a boutique web development agency located in Portland, Oregon focused on building responsive, mobile-first, cutting-edge websites and apps. We also partner with large organizations to help transition their existing web sites to modern, responsive sites.

I'm currently the Senior Project Manager at Cloud Four, where I manage the day-to-day work of all our projects, as well as the overall company project load as it relates to schedule and resource allocation. All projects go through me for coordination, resourcing, planning, and execution.

  • Primary production director on all projects both internal and client-facing.
  • Communication and coordination lead between clients and developers on internal and external web and mobile application projects.
  • Set project milestones and tracked progress, including budget and schedule constraints.
  • Managed many projects simultaneously, slotting new projects into overall schedule to keep resources balanced.
  • Prepared detailed project proposals in consultation with engineering and executive management.
  • Member of Practice Leadership team, providing support and mentorship to the larger Cloud Four team.

  • Performed YOY analysis on customer acquisition and retention data. Implemented several recommendations that resulted in average 20% increase in membership.

The Camas-Washougal Co-op Preschool is a cooperative preschool which provides early childhood education for over 100 two-, three-, and four-year-old children.

  • Prepared annual budget ($100k) for organization; communicated budget to full board for approval.
  • Managed four employees, including annual contract preparation, performance reviews, and salary negotiations
  • Increased enrollment by over 10%, which in turn increased the financial and enrollment stability of the organization.
  • Led monthly executive and full board meetings. Directed other officers to ensure the organization was running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Spearheaded effort to overhaul antiquated and cumbersome registration process.
  • Redesigned and released new website, leveraging Wordpress to meet strategic organizational goals.
  • Introduced and trained the team on new tools to increase team communication and collaboration.
