My role is to ensure smooth operation throughout the restaurant and to look after customers by making sure they are happy with the standard of service also aiming in retaining and attracting new customers. Able to serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently and assisting in keeping the bar, restaurant and toilets clean and tidy at all times. I have been working here for 1 year and have been trained on bar to make and pour drinks to a high standard. We serve a few summer specials and long drinks which i really enjoy making and would like to further my bar tending skills by extending my knowledge and possibly cocktail making.
