Responsible for professionally managing the sales cycle, meeting up clients for consultation, giving presentations, negotiating the fees and closing new accounts. Also in charge of managing existing accounts and ........with operation department.
- Performing lead management through varied sources and performing thorough assessment/screening
- Contacting potential clients via email and phone calls to establish rapport and set up meetings for consultation
- Conducting client presentations and negotiations
- Provide Singapore immigration consulting services to clients and solutions to immigration related issues
- Preparing proposals and service agreements for potential clients
- Manage invoicing and payments
- Manage client coordination on the preparation and submission of visa application and required documents
- Maintain record of sales activity and prepared reports to develop strategies in exceeding sales targets
- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in existing accounts, new account and develop new accounts
- Train and supervise new employees.
