Website Changes Team Leader

  • Improve Website Change department productivity and efficiency by improving tracking and workflow process. 
  • Responsible for the completion, fulfillment, and proofing of over 200 banner changes weekly, over 150 website changes weekly, and 5 original Home Page products created weekly from 3 different internal teams. 
  • Reduced Website Change departmental turnaround time by over 50% from 14 business days to 5-7 business days.
  • Work with Website Changes Manager in developing departmental metrics to monitor and evaluate performance of employees.  Provide feedback in applicable areas.
  • Improved communications between design team and change team to increase efficiency and accuracy of requested client’s changes.
