  • Using open source software and web based tools, reduced the cycle time for new orders to the digital equipment from 7 hours to 1 hour. This programming was done in parallel with project objective

  • Successfully installed the new application to 8 sites in the US
  • Working with the above Vendor, successfully developed automated links from Pecas to SAP Purchasing and Finance System. Both in bound and out bound with change management controls
  • Working with vendor developed the Advance Shipping Notice methodology between Pecas and SAP
  • During transition ensured all key metrics were delivered to sites and executives
  • Using Access created the prototype reporting metrics for executive reporting. Later migrated to Pecas Progress Database system
  • Shop floor PLC setup. Working with vendor reduced the cost per machine interface from $5,000 to $1,200 per machine
