Sr. Executive, Group Information & Strategic Support
- Identifying/analyzing new process automation scopes/requirements and developing appropriate tools/systems
- Mobilizing the program/project (Web,SAP & Other IT related); this includes implementation of project management tools and project control processes, procedures and policies.
- Heading a team of web developers for developing web applications for the group.
- Monitoring and control of the program/project throughout the project lifecycle.
- Arranging project meeting and follow up meeting decisions.
- Arranging & follow-up training sessions for newly joined employees & existing employees for development.
- Playing role as administrator of HRIS & HR Portal of the Group
- Ensuring system performance for smooth payroll process within deadline.
- Act as HR Business Partner for the functional unit.
- Publishing bi-monthly corporate newsletter.
