Responsible in supervising property management staff - Daily updates, Performance, follow-ups, Weekly/Monthly Report. In total Five (5) sites with Three (3) Building Managers, One (1) Building Executive. One (1) site is directly under own supervision.
Ensure effective and respectful response by the Building Managers/Executives or person in-charge towards the Residents, the Joint-Management Body ("JMB") or Management Corporation ("MC") committee - as the "Client" and also Local Auntorities.
Coordinate with the Building Managers/Executives on the site inspection. Involved in all discussion in regards with any preventive/corrective maintenance with Building Managers/Executives and the Service Providers.
Attend/Organize internal and also Monthly Client meetings to ensure effective communication and deliver the result required.
Oversees the preparation required for any Annual General Meeting ("AGM") or Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") as and when required.
Ensure all documentation, such as Minutes of Meeting and Notices are well prepared and on time by the Building Managers/Executives.
Provide guidance to the Building Managers/Executives in any matters related to the property management.
Monitor buildings expenditure, defaulters/creditors updates and rental collections.
Keep a good and positive relationship with all the clients, internal staff and also all related departments (i.e. Accounts, Human Resources)
Other duties as assigned by the Company's Director.
