Brigade Air Defense C2 Systems Integrator/Adam Cell OIC

Served as the Brigade Air Defense Command, Control, Communication, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) Systems Integrator/ADAM Cell OIC in support of the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade. Responsible for the integration of Air Defense Airspace Management (ADAM) systems in support of aviation operations. Plans, coordinates and resources the training of the Brigade ADAM Cell. Advises the Brigade Commander in providing Airspace Command and Control (AC2), airspace Common Operational Picture (COP), and supervision for Air Defense weapons and tactics, developing airspace control measures and standards, optimal radar surcceillance planning, and tracking Close Air Support (CAS) assets. Plans the use of attack aviation assets AC2 requirements to meet the intent of the maneuver current operations Combat Air Systems Commander. Assist in the day to day operations of the Brigade Operation section.

Served as the C4I Systems Integrator Adam Cell OIC Warrant Officer for the 25th Combat Aviation Brigade. Responsible for operation, integration, and maintenance of Army Command and Control systems within the Air Defense Airspace Management (ADAM) Cell, which consists of the Air Defense System Integrator (ADSI), Air and Missile Defense Workstation (AMDWS), Forward Area Air Defense (FAAD), Tactical Airspace Integration System (TAIS) and Sentinel radar equipment. Staff Officer in charge of planning, coordinating, and implementing Tactical Data Information Links (TADIL) IAW Joint Data Network Operational TAsk Link (JDN OPTASK). Senior trainer for all personnel in the ADAM Cell. Responsibile for readiness and maintenance of the ADAM Cell and all associated equipment  valued in excess of $ 4.5 million. Additionally served as the section COMSEC hand receipt holder.

Senior C4I Systems Integrator responsible for advising the Battalion Commander on all matters involving voice, data and data link communications. Managed unit maintenance and logistics on all C4I equipment/shelters. Supervised the operation and maintenance of the Air and Missile Defense Planning and Control Systems equipment. Responsible for the communications system connectivity within the Battalion to include four Patriot Batteries and one Avenger Battery to the 35th ADA Brigade. Manage integration and application of software and hardware upgrades. Managed the structure and employment of the data for internal command and control systems. Provides joint communications coordination and provided a communication ready Battalion to support the maintaining of a 24/7 AMD deterrence while postured for dynamic deployment.

Brigade C4I Systems Integrator

US Army (31st ADA BDE)

Served as the C4I Systems Integrations Warrant Officer for a FORSCOM Air Defense Artillery Brigade assigned to provide air and missle defense with worldwide contingency mission. Responsible for the operation, joint connectivity, maintenance, training and combat readiness of the Brigade's Air and Missile Defense Planning Control System (AMDPCS). Advised the commander on system employment options to include joint interoperability and data link architecture. Served as the Interface Control Officer (ICO) for Corps and assigned units. Planned and coordinated the joint interoperability of the III Corps Air Defense Element, the 31st ADA Brigade AMDPCS, two Patriot battalions, one ADA (P/A) Composite Battalion. Desiged and manage system architecture and coordinated with the S/G-6 to ensure integrations of Army Battle Command Systems (ABCS).

Served as the Brigade's Senior automation NCOIC; responsible for Brigade Headquarters and three subordinate battalions in all areas of automations; supervised four suordinates on unit level maintentance of over 1,000 mult-user information processing systems, peripheral equipment and associate devices: supervised the installation, operation, and accountability of software and operating systems, served as Brigade Webmaster; responsible for the care and maintenance of equipment valued over 1.6 million.
