Wholly-owned subsidiary of The Rinnai Corporation, Nagoya Japan, the largest manufacturer of gas appliances in the world. Rinnai America markets and distributes ductless heaters, tankless water heaters, and cooking products. 4,000 employees, $3B revenue.

Recruited to collaborate in the strategic re-alignment of Rinnai America's organizational model to adapt to a 35%-40% growth pattern. In this role, I have transformed the existing HR function from administrative support into a strategic & tactical partner. Working with the Japanese President and Board of Directors, I have guided them in developing a multi-year strategic human capital plan; hiring of key executives and management personnel; redesigning employee performance management systems and reward programs; and implementing supervisory and management training programs to enhance leadership development in support of firm's business initiatives.

 Additionally, I am counsel to Japanese management on U.S. and local employment regulations & requirements, and aid them in coordinating visas and immigration for Japanese delegates and international advisory board.

The result of a merger of 3 separate companies, Axiant is a leading IT service provider dedicated to helping consumer finance creditors and debt purchasers improve the effectiveness of their A/R efforts; 1300 associates, $750MM revenue.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and directing all aspects of a Human Resources function. In this role, I created a complete HR department inclusive of all processes, procedures, reporting/analysis, and team development; implemented full spectrum HRIS solutions, including employee and manager self-service programs; redesigned benefit programs to consistently reduce costs to firm and to employees; and created a "balanced scorecard" approach to employee performance analysis.

 I played a primary role in implementing the merger of 3 distinct companies into one firm, growing the employee base of the core company from 450 to 1230 in the span of 60 days, and relocating headquarters of new company from Atlanta, GA to Rockville, MD.

Division of West Corporation, specializing in communications services, financial services, and receivables management; 1,200 employees; $450 million in annual revenues.

Led all aspects of Human Resources for 1,200 employees in six office locations, including the accomplishments of: Start-up of three offices and two acquisitions of 50-100 employees each during an 18-month period; logistics for recruiting, hiring, and training; policy/procedure development; and employee relations; directly supervised team of nine.

Before my appointment as Director of HR, I held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, including: Recruiter, HR Generalist, and Division HR Manager.
