-Network Operation - provided 24x7 operations support to meet strict internal and external customer SLA requirements. Main Duties: support 225 node MPLS, wireless, and satellite based network across the US and Canada, Contract management, Cisco routers, WAN Optimization WAAS, Switches, Checkpoint and PIX firewalls. Content switches, Load Balancers.
-Telecommunications - Voice Operations; Landline, cellular, Blackberry, PBX Video Conferencing Bridging, Billing Analysis, Vendor Auditing and cost recovery, Contract management, Voice engineering services. VOIP, Cisco Call Manager, Avaya PBXs.
-Security - managed external service providers - Symantec MSS IDS, IPS monitoring and firewall services. Oversee penetration testing and ISO 27000 compliance.
-Field Support - managed 30 first and second level field support analysts and Remedy service desk management.
-Office Automation - Lotus Note Mail , Active Directory, Desktop Management - Altiris
-Infrastructure Architectural planning- Lifecycle management, CAPEX planning, capacity planning
-Standards and architectural liaison for global cement company - Represented North America on International standards body.
