Recruited, selected, trained and supervised Foundation staff; and, provided leadership, management and training for all staff and volunteers.
Created and implemented strategies to meet fundraising and sponsorship goals through special events, major gifts, and grants; cultivated and supervised relationships with major donors; and, conducted research to identify new major gift/donor prospects.
Developed and maintained excellent relationships with Board of Directors; cultivated opportunities to build and maintain a strong Board; worked closely with the Chairman of the Board to guide and motivate Board members; identified, recruited, and conducted orientation of new Foundation members/volunteers.
Provided leadership to assist Board of Directors and Members establish program goals and objectives; and coordinated implementation of all program activities and fundraising events.
