- Organized and assisted in the planning of events in attendance of over 23,000 students.
- Led a team of twenty interns as well as all on-site staff.
- Managed details and funds for large events, communicated with all staff personnel, lead in customer service, and appointed as the main contact with site location directors.
- Finished site-research and helped negotiate pricing for new event locations.
- Worked heavily with Excel and Outlook, organizing each event and maintaining accurate and detailed files easily accessible by others either on-site or off-site during an event.
- Helped increase productivity and accessibility of in-office information by developing an online system that could be easily accessed remotely.
- Oversaw the creation, content, and the editing process of the director’s event manual and summer event curriculum.
