In a period of 6 months I restructured the warehouse center.

Summary

- I was in charge of Brazil start up of Lacoste do Brazil, making the company’s structure and setting up rules and processes. - I was responsible for SAP (FI-CO) implementation in Brazil and Argentina.- I laid out, made and led the planning department of IBG (International Brand Group), getting the objective of centralizing the activities of 9 business units, minimizing the expenses and reducing the real diversions in productive and service lines.- I restructured the logistics of IBG, achieving a 30% reduction in storage cubic meters, 15% of the costs and 5 days of stocks.- I was sent as temporary internal auditor to Brazil and Uruguay offices, standardizing processes, methodologies and managerial tools, getting a high reduction in times and costs in the process of reporting and budgeting control.- I led the transformation and laid the foundations of Urban Trend S.A. structure, generating a high performance matrix-structure, with a strong outsourcing, reducing indirect costs in 15%.- I was responsible for consolidation of information, under USGAAP and IFRS.- I checked thoroughly Brazil operational-activities (logistics, commercial tasks, accounting, controlling and financial), measuring executive performance.
