As primary objective, successfully launched Cardio Metabolic Portfolio that included relaunch of existing Martin Dow brands blended with some of the brands of Roche after acquisition. Portfolio Included 7 brands in total. Designed new campaigns for all the brands, Launch theme and strategy for the portfolio. Successfully executed the launch of portfolio with a new team. During the launch phase represented and generated noise about the portfolio in various seminars and symposium to increase visibility and announce the launch by distinctive participation. Successfully launched another brand to add up in the portfolio. Designed a different launch campaign for an existing market through a unique promotional tool. Increased the Market Share in cardiovascular Market by gaining the attention through creative and consistent campaigns. Significant improvement in all the brands in IMS. Collaborated with National and International Societies for campaigns, symposiums and days celebration. Successfully arranged CME titled“ Cardio Metabolic Update” in, Nairobi, Kenya. Including leading KOLs across Pakistan.
Primary duties focused on working closely with Sales team and senior executives to develop viable marketing and business development strategies/plans.
