Project Management

Responsible for coordinating with clients across various domains (Investment Firms, Law Firms, International Consultancies, Corporations, etc.), understanding client requirements, expectation management, and team management. Also involved in research of different business verticals and locating experts in these fields, as per client requirements. We assist clients in executing various projects in India, China, Europe Middle East and Africa, and other emerging economies; and helped them in making crystallized business decisions.

Operations Management

As part of the core operations team, I am involved in continuous review and analysis of the current business processes, coordination with other business verticals of the organization, benchmarking current processes with industry best practices, defining new policies and procedures after thorough review and discussions with senior management.

IT Management

Recently, was involved in designing and deployment of an in-house IT Workflow application. The project included understanding the current IT environment of the department, critical business requirements, vendor identification and agreement finalization, software requirement specification documentation, guiding development team at the time of software coding, application testing, security testing, user acceptance testing, and continuous bug review and resolution in coordination with vendor team, Evalueserve IT team, and operations team.
