Directly responsible for the Bar and Beverage Program for Fulton Alley - a 18,000 square foot craft food and drink with boutique bowling.
- Oversee a staff of 75 people with 20 direct reports of bartenders and barbacks.
- Handle all ordering and inventory control
- Manage all staff training for quality control, cocktail construction, etc
- Served as consultant on beverage selections including wine, beer, spirits and non-alcoholic beverages
- Developer of standards of practices (SOP) for all bar-related operations
