My work consisted of checking that everybody is in place to work, controlling that all the tasks are done concerning the different assignments; planning the staff schedule in short term, managing the emergency issues and several office environment tasks (ordering furniture, calling the caretaker if there is any problem etc...) among others.
Supervised the incoming ads, making sure that all rules in conformity with the French internet site www.leboncoin.fr were respected.
Occasional work for Multimind a temporary job agency. Calling mostly French and American companies for telemarketing surveys in different projects.
As an area sales representative I was in charge of: Sales Assistance and technical consulting for more than 60 dealers in 22 regions in the northern France. My job involved a lot of travelling, developing business opportunities in my area, defining the best product possible for the client (with the best size and options etc.) and defining the customisation of the wheelchair, including designing new solutions.
During my Masters Degree studies I have studied: Sales techniques, Marketing, Negotiation, Economy, Law, Analytical Accounting, Management, Intercultural Negotiation techniques.
I have studied one semester at the Umeå School of Business and Economics in Sweden and had an internship at Dinosaurier Verkzeuge GMBH in Hamburg Germany.
