Maths and Computer Sciences
Web Design - XProjets

I have always loved technology because it helps improve our daily lives by providing an ever-growing list of new ways to solve problems. Computer science is undoubtedly the most significant advance made during the past decades. Because of their ever-increasing power and ever-increasing storage capability, computers will help revolutionise the way we teach and learn, the way we work and the way we play. Engineers and computer scientists will be the makers of this future and I am willing to be part of this new revolution.

My motivation and my remarkable results enabled me to enter the École Polytechnique where I study pure and applied mathematics and computer science.
I joined XProjets, the Junior Entreprise of École Polytechnique. I work there as a web designer and help improve their internal website.

Computers are part of our future. I have worked, learned and played with them, yet I am still amazed by the endless range of application computers seem to offer. I am genuinely willing to be a maker of the future and work in computer science or gaming area.

XProjets is the Junior Entreprise of École Polytechnique.

The internal website of XProjets helps project managers. Its goal is to offer them a comprehensive overview of their current projects and deadlines. Yet it is still in beta version and needs to be fixed and improved. Doing so requires working in close cooperation with project managers.

Smartphone App development

This project is part of École Polytechnique program.

Among the objects one always carries with him, keys are the ones that evolved the less. We decided to renew the way one sees keys by digitizing them inside our smartphones. Our goal is to develop a smartphone application to store keys and to create a smartlock that could be opened thanks to our application.

I am currently working on developing the application.

Teaching assistant

Collège Louise Michel, Corbeil-Essonnes

Management of 10 to 15 pupils groups
Conduct of a project over 3 months

This 6 month internship is part of the first experience every student at the École Polytechnique shall go through.
Collège Louise Michel is a junior high school located in Corbeil-Essonnes, in the less-favoured areas of the suburbs of Paris. My main task was to take care of pupils with learning and behaviour difficulties in order to help them understand better their lessons and what was expected of them. I took them either in small groups up to 15 people or individually for the most challenging.
Besides that daily occupation I have organised the Open School week during February holydays. I wrote exercises for 50 pupils, scheduled playtimes, and contacted various organisations to prepare an outing within a limited budget.
