Faithfully adhering to the UJ football code of ethics;plans and see the implementation of the club coaching structure;schedules regular coaches meeting for coaching staff;presides over the team coaching programme & assist in the appointment and placement of team coaches;oversee the 1st team high performance excellence.

Had a privileged to have one of my players at TWR (Technikon Of Witwatersrand)  to represent SASSU National Team at the World games in China (2003) The 1st Head coach of  Rand Afrikaans University  and Technikon Witwatersrand merger to become University of Johannesburg

Chosen by SASSU to as an asst coach SASSU Gauteng women soccer team at the provincial games of 2005 in KZN (University of Zululand).silver medallist

Head coach of TWR women soccer team 2003-2004;UJ women soccer team 2005;and Fabulous Ladies Football team 2006-2011

Produced 3 National players from the Fabulous Ladies Team,Lerato Kgasago U/17, Nkosi U/19 Banyana-banyana and Selepe  Banyana-banyana & won the Discovery Tournament 2007-2009,and the Zodwa Khoza 2007-2009

Coached sport Management Team who won the F.N.B Interfaculty Tournament at Technikon Witwatersrand 2003(Men) & Technikon Witwatersrand Ladies Team 2003(Quarter finalist at the SASSU National Club Championship at Port Elizabeth.
