CRM PROJECT MANAGER As a senior Project Manager in the CRM practice, successfully completed a number of CRM implementations at vari- ous clients in and around tri-state area. Duties were to manage the day to day running of projects and client relation- ship building. Also involved in Project kick-offs, presentation of baseline project plan, allocation of resources, schedul- ing of tasks. Managed project scope, identified constraints, assumptions and project risks. Managed and reported project status to both client executives and PeopleSoft, including project milestones met, deadlines, budgets and metrics such as effort variance, schedule variance, cost variance, baseline duration, ACWP and BCWP etc. Successfully completed projectUBS-PaineWebber, New York. Facilitated executive-level strategy workshops. Ensured client buy-in on the use of PeopleSoft COMPASS methodology for planning a deployment. Assisted the CRM practice by working with the pre-sales support. Participated in the development of hard and soft dollar models. Generated ideas for packaged service offerings. Wrote various Best Practices guidelines. Assisted CRM practice development with creating total cost of ownership models. Created and delivered various full-day training workshops for the CRM 8 package to internal re- sources. Helped develop migration strategy from Vantive to CRM 8 upgrade. Participated in the development of internal training programs for building knowledge on CRM modules Portal, Sales, Support, Marketing and Interaction Management. Lead product usability workshop to help identify flaws in the GUI.
