Students as Life Long Learners

I have spent my entire career conducting small group and individual classroom activities based on diagnostic tests and careful observation. I plan for a variety of differentiated lessons within core subjects. I have had the privilege to observe students and teachers from across the district and have always felt comfortable providing feedback regarding potential learning blocks and alternative opportunities for skill mastery. I have also learned a great deal from those people. I believe that I am successful at supporting students in developing a variety of strategies to improve their academic performance and their confidence,  allowing them to take risks and become life-long learners. I pride myself in 'really' knowing each and every student and teacher I work with. I work extremely hard to provide support for individual needs across  the curriculum.
