About Matt Ladendorf

A real estate development professional with more than 15 years of experience, Matt Ladendorf has handled more than $500 million dollars in retail and office property throughout the southwest United States. As the president of SBX Holding Company, Matt Ladendorf helps clients secure optimal retail locations for their businesses, as well as managing site plans, budgets, and leases. To date, he has helped such well-known companies as Starbucks, Subway, and Verizon establish locations in new markets.

A member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Mr. Ladendorf also belongs to Retail Live and Next Generation, a division of ICSC. In his free time, he enjoys racing motorcycles. He has competed in events such as the Baja 250, 500, and 1000. The winner of the 2010 Baja 500 as a Rider of Record, he earned second place in Best in the Desert’s Vegas to Reno races in both 2010 and 2013 and recently won the San Felipe 250 in January 2015.

Matt Ladendorf holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of New Mexico.
