Led the investment team and development group, continually increasing transaction volume and deal size to build a profitable real estate development business from $1.5 million to $7.8 million in annual sales within five years

·Created a structured portfolio planning and budget process using analysis of financial models based on past project experience and forecasts of current market trends.

·Evaluated potential investments for viability, performed due diligence including feasibility assessment, asset valuation, market research and project competitiveness.Led negotiations for all property acquisitions, leases and dispositions.

·Launched and directed a brokerage firm (Cornerstone Properties of Chicago) to manage the residential sales transactions of FHC. Hired, trained and supervised part-time agents with a focus on guiding first-time home buyers comfortably through the entire process. Created marketing plans, promotional materials and virtual tours.
